Pricing
Starting at $40.00/hr + Expenses + Mileage (if applicable)
(expenses = purchases and cost incurred to fulfill tasks such as shopping, tolls and items for organization)
Mileage .67/mi.
(no charge for the first 5 miles)
Cleaning and Organization (sort, purge, pack) services will be priced according to job and may not reflect my standard hourly fee.
Complex service requests will be priced based on a General Services Agreement.
Payment & Invoicing
Occasional services - Due at time of service.
Recurring services - Invoiced bi-weekly for hours, expenses and mileage incurred.
Payment Terms: Net 5 days
Late Fee*: 25.00

* I require a credit card on file which will only be used in the event of a late cancellation, no show (transportation service) or if payment is not received after 30 days.
Policies
Cancellations:
- 48 hr notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Notification may be done by phone, text or email.
- No notification or one that is within 48 hrs will result in the following charges
- Time scheduled 1-3 hrs - $.60.00
- Time scheduled 3-6 hrs - $120.00
- Time scheduled 6+ hrs - $160.00

Limitation of Services Provided:
Bluebird Personal Assistant Services Inc. will not perform any service that is illegal, unethical or that poses a danger to any person or property.
Bluebird reserves the right to decline any request at my sole discretion.
